Safety in every exchange
Child Safety Standards
Effective: September 17, 2026
These standards explain how MorrowPal works to prevent and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation in the MorrowPal social letter-writing application.
1. Our commitment
MorrowPal has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. We prohibit people from using MorrowPal to sexually exploit, abuse, or endanger a child, or to create, solicit, possess, distribute, or facilitate access to child sexual abuse material.
2. Adults only
MorrowPal is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old. A person under 18 may not create or use an account. Suspected underage accounts should be reported so that MorrowPal can review and take appropriate action.
3. Prohibited conduct and content
Prohibited child sexual abuse and exploitation includes:
- grooming, sexual solicitation, or enticement of a child;
- sextortion or coercion involving a child;
- child sex trafficking or attempts to facilitate it;
- sexualized content involving a child;
- child sexual abuse material, including attempts to request, share, or link to it; and
- any other conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child.
Attempts, threats, and encouragement of this conduct are also prohibited. These rules apply even when content is presented as a joke, fiction, role-play, or computer-generated material.
4. Report a child safety concern
In MorrowPal, open the relevant invitation or correspondence, choose Block & Report, and select Child safety or exploitation. You may include additional details that help us understand the concern.
You may also email support@morrowpal.com with the subject “MorrowPal child safety report.” Include the nickname involved and enough context to identify the exchange. Do not email or forward suspected child sexual abuse material.
If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement before contacting MorrowPal.
5. How MorrowPal responds
We review child safety reports and take action appropriate to the available information and applicable law. Action may include restricting or closing accounts, preventing further exchanges, removing access to prohibited content, preserving relevant records, and cooperating with appropriate authorities.
MorrowPal may retain limited safety records when needed to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, or support an investigation, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Child safety contact
MorrowPal's designated child safety contact can be reached at support@morrowpal.com.
